    Your tapestry and an image of the tapestry are due by March 31, 2018. This is not a postmark deadline. The tapestry & an image of the tapestry must be received by the above date.

  • Customs Letter. In order to avoid customs fees, artists residing in a country other than the United States must print and fill out a letter to the Customs agents. Put the letter in an envelope and write "Customs Agent, please read" on the outside of the envelope. Put the envelope in a resealable plastic bag and attach it to the outside of your package.

  • Please double check your title carefully. It will appear in the catalog as written here.
  • Please double check the dimensions carefully. They will appear in the catalog as listed here.
  • Please double check the materials carefully. They will appear in the catalog as listed here.
  • Accepted file types: jpg, tif, tiff.
    Please read the following carefully in order to submit an image that is suitable for use in a catalog:
    1. Photograph your tapestry on a neutral background, preferably white.
    2. Do not crop the Image. Approximately 1/2 inch of the background must be visible.
    3. Digital image specifications: jpeg, 300 dpi and no more than 3” on the longest side.
    4. Title your digital image file with your last name followed by the name of the tapestry, e.g. Doe_Misty_Morning.jpg
    If you are unsure how to achieve any of these requests, please ask for help from a knowledgeable friend.
    I understand that submission of artwork to The Biggest Little Tapestries in the World constitutes my permission for ATA to photograph the work and/or duplicate or reproduce my submitted image(s) for publicity and promotional purposes, including the internet. I acknowledge that ATA will allow the public to photograph all ATA exhibits.
