This collaborative project brought together four artist-weavers at the Scheuer Tapestry Studio in an unusual process where working from one set of photos would provide the bond to hold together individual views of similar spaces. Although references to photography, cinema and psychic fragmentation unite their imagery, the resulting sequence remains in separate parts that, while accompanying each other, never quite link together into a desired whole — an experiential effect completely in tune with postmodernist ideas.
